Verisurf TOOLS is an extensive set of useful utilities that support CAD, CAM, and computer-aided inspection (CAI) measurement tasks. Minimum Bounding Box
- Minimum Bounding Box quickly calculates the minimum stock size needed for machining by enveloping a part with a few clicks.

- Offers input fields for specifying excess material, reporting final stock dimensions for added convenience.
Auto Hole Axis
- Auto Hole Axis enables one-click selection of all model holes, instantly creating CAD entities like circles, centerpoints, centerlines, and axis vectors.
- Features adjustable lines through scrolling, incrementing, or direct value input and allows selection of holes by matching diameters.
- Includes a statistics button for a text report of hole data, facilitating various CAD, programming, and measuring tasks.
Auto Flip Normals
- Auto Flip Normals simplifies the process of changing CAD surface normal vectors’ direction, crucial for accurate CMM inspection and probe compensation.
- Offers flexibility to flip normals individually, all at once, outside for closed shapes, or aligned to screen view for optimal orientation.
- Includes resizable normal vector displays for each surface, providing a useful visual check during model preparation.
Verisurf Planes Tools
