 Post subject: Worried about the factory calibration of your Romer Arm?

Before doing so please download the attached document and follow the instructions to do four(4) Length checkouts. After each checkout save the logfile and email to Romer at techsupport@romer.com along with company info and arm serial number. They will be able to better recommend what actions need to be taken.

Could you also post the guide of what position the arm should be in for each length checkout position? Thanks.

If you contact Romer or go to their Web Site all of this information is available from them. Also if you read the installed help files from Romer there is some information as well as a how to Video that Romer installed when the USB files are installed. If Romer can not assist you then I am sure one someone can check on their computer and see what they can come up with to help you out.
